Brazilian Jiu-JitsuBJJ for short, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is
a soft martial art that focuses on submissions rather that
striking. Many modern mixed martial artists integrate BJJ with
some striking form to achieve a balance of ground work and stand-up
fighting.
This section is meant for information use,
mainly focusing on my personal experiences and using them to help
beginners advance more quickly. Not only is this martial art
great for self-defense, it has many other benefits as well, varying
from endurance to flexibility. One thing that is seldom mentioned
in any studio is the fact that I personally have a calm mental state
when doing jiu-jitsu. Here is a great view on why you even start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and where to buy a bjj gi

My brother started up his own BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) Gi and MMA Gear online store. It has a great selection of bjj gis and mma gear at great prices. It has a bit more functionality than the average online bjj store, so it's pretty easy and nice to use. They have a bunch of different brands, such as Vulcan gi and Bad Boy. So if you are looking to buy a bjj gi, definitely check it out. |
