BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ for short, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a soft martial art that focuses on submissions rather that striking.  Many modern mixed martial artists integrate BJJ with some striking form to achieve a balance of ground work and stand-up fighting.
